Individual and Couple Therapy

We provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples at our West Vancouver office, which is located at 2467 Bellevue Avenue in Dundarave. Valerie also provides services at her office on the Sunshine Coast, which is located at 5700 Cowrie Street in Sechelt.

We meet with individuals for one-hour sessions, while our couple sessions last 60 to 75 minutes.

Evening appointments are available.

Psychodiagnostic and vocational testing

We provide adult psychodiagnositc and vocational testing to insurance companies. For more infomration click here.:

Training

We also provide one-on-one supervision for individuals seeking registration with the College of Psychologists in BC, and for individuals learning EFT.

Presentations

We are available to give public presentations on depression and relationship issues to organizations and groups.
